How payment works

  • Paid via Stripe Checkout - we never see your card details.
  • Access starts immediately and runs for 12 months from the date of payment.
  • Buy again any time to extend; early renewals add 12 months to the end of your current period.
  • 14-day refund right under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, lost once you've answered more than 40% of trait questions and generated/saved a personal statement. See terms.

Common questions

Is the £60 a subscription?

No - it's a single one-off payment that grants 12 months of access. There is no auto-renewal. We'll show your expiry date in your account; renew any time to extend.

Can I switch from Free to Paid later?

Yes. Everything you did on the free plan stays on your account when you upgrade.

Where do my answers and personal-statement drafts go?

They're stored in our database and, when you use AI features, transmitted to our AI provider for analysis. Your name and email are never sent to the AI provider. See the privacy policy for the full processor list.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of payment and before you've made material use of the paid features. Once you've answered more than 40% of the trait questions and generated or saved a personal statement, the refund right is lost. Full details in the terms.

What payment methods do you accept?

Any card supported by Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details.
